What is the dependence between training points and skills? Some limitations are present? Are skills training dependent from current physical conditions of the player?

I have to admit, I don't get you question. Maybe a language problem. For every player you get 25 to 40 points random per week as a base. Then each player gets his TEAMWORK value added (so TEAMWORK = 25 -> +25) Then comes the coaches bonus which is not effected by any player skils. The comes the facility bonus, depends on the trained skills (not the skills of the player) and the position of the player in case of the Target Centre and training VISION. So ... as I understood your question TEAMWORK is essential. If was asking regarding caps: All physical caps are random. The rest caps are depended on the talent level.
