Can we choose conference and division after getting promoted to top division(thanks to bot flush)?

There is no way you can do that, the engine handles this automatic.

If you leave your league level (bot flush or promotion or relegation) it is on the engine, and there is no way for you to preset anything. |

Who will be promoted? the 32 Teams with the best Team records of each conference? Or are have Play Off Teams an automatic Ticket to the First League?
I'm asking because i have a very awful record (8-8) But i'm in the PlayOffs.  |
