player Esteban Soler is on transfer market so I can see almost everytihing about him except talent. So I scouted him to know the talent and the result was strange, because the report showed different stats for strength, speed etc from the reality. Is it because I have only one scout or is it bug? |

Is because you have only one scout!
Do reload of his sale profile and also there you will get different numbers every time! With only one scout Numbers difference from real numbers is in a +/-5 range - so if you reload many times and find the min/max numbers per skill you have the real skill in the middle or you hire 20 scouts then scout report AND sell offer will show you the identical and real numbers |

just to clear any misunderstanding you always have only one scout but you can hire 20 level scout not 20 scout
