Draft players not on human teams are waste and gone forever!

Draft players on human teams shall stay a few seasons and are not possible to sale

Make even plattform for all where everyone is force to put brain into team and make training and develop decisions

But! Because it already happen it is too late to reverse

Yes - so far the managers that are arguing for more realism haven't been pushing for season ending and career ending injuries very hard. I play a cycling sim where the riders have a hidden 'injury proneness'. It can be financially brutal, but realistic.

IMHO the solutions can be two:
- pretty good players at the youth pull
- salary cap

Honestly? That's probably the simplest solution in the short term and then tweak over time.

there is kind of a salary cap. if you restrict yourself to a roster of 40, even then you are not able to earn more cash than an average 40 skilled roster is asking for. This will get "worse" once we introduce the next feature, which consumes a good portion of money, too

I don't know if one system is better than the other, but I think that a salary cap might be applicable in both systems...

Then i msut be a total dumb and can not use excel

Because my excel says i can easy afford

2 Level 50
3 Level 48
11 Level 45
22 Level 40
10 Level 35
6 Level 30
6 Level 25
5 Level 20
5 Level 15

Which is total 70 player and out of them are 38 at level 40+ so only 2 less than your 40!

For sure i have all coaches, PR stuff, Scouts and some facilities included.

I did not calculate sellout stadium and no playoff in any competition.
