Any suggestions on how fast to build up stadium size? Just go as quick as money allows or pace it out a bit?

What about the type of seats, should to fill the basic ones first and then start with the rest or even it out?

thanks, my brain just blanked out and I couldn't remember.
I noticed that there is a 4 day break coming up during Christmas which is a perfect time to build up a stadium.... |
