An interception is a change of posession play that occurs during a pass when a defender catches a ball that was thrown to an offensive target.
Involved skills:
QB: VIS, PAS, INT
DEF: VIS, POS, INT
WR: VIS, POS, INT

So is the cathcing not ivolved into interception situation?

We do not reveal such details, except those that are in the manual already, or that are posted from time to time as small hints in the forum. Much more this is part of the gameplay. There are descriptions for several situations, and we expect you to deal with them and go for try and error on the "unknown" things or to use your experience from the practice - if you have.

This should, btw, answer your question completely

There are teams playing passalready...the first few seasons of such a sim are special, always. You can't use the experience veterans made. But this is as it is...

Btw: To learn how effective pass play can be, join a cup running in power mode and wonder what skills can do on your pass play, and your experience.

Are you joke?
For knoweledge anyone need infomation. Based on the statistics.
For example.
Player A - very skilled in catching and have some positioning.
Player B - very skilled in positioning and have some catching.
Player C - have balanced positioning skills catching.
And on statistics I can to know the best reciver player is C, the worst reciver is player B.
So in training plan, I must to have balance. And move from the DC WR with catching < XX.

But in power cup all players have the SAME SKILLS.
In this case, the statistics does not contain any helpful information...

Who are they?

TOP TEN PASSING from SEASON 1:

1 Mammoth 7337
2 NI Ravens 6139
3 Saarbruecken Orcs 5387
4 Archanges 5362
5 FAJNY TIM 5205
6 Wasps Vigevano 5100
7 Dresden Umbrella Sheeps 5012
8 VillaB FreakyGrooves 4972
9 Dyniak Team 4967
10 MisLinces 4957

In Compare the TOP TEN RUSHING from SEASON 1:
1 Lucea Cardinals 16523
2 Dolni Chabry Patriots 15630
3 Leverkusen Leopards 15192
4 MALAKAS BULL 14965
5 Terrormages 14841
6 Griff ins Gras 14729
7 Full Floters 14677
8 Rixdorf Reapers 13917
9 Canco Hunters 13811
10 Jena Yellow Aces 13579

So it is not like the passing teams are passing like hell and having the same success as rushing teams, but that's up to them.

I don't get you laughter (like Peter also did not)
First season of simulations with starting points at ZERO have to be played 5-10 season, before all mechanismn are used.
Players have to be developed, the surrounding economy has to be established and money has to be earned and spend, until teams are coming to a limit.
Passing is harder here, than in other simulations, but to judge fair, everyone has to wait a few seasons.

why not? For passing only certain skills are used. And you can see how a player performs on that level.
Yes, you can not see, if player A would be better that player B, but you can see how or if passing works.

Some informaition from real life:
RUSHING
PASSING

Just one team with rushing > passing!

Rushing-passing GER-USA
Rushing-passing GER-AUS
Rushing - passing JPN-CAN

Allways pasing > rushing or passing is equal to rushing.

Why? It is really ridiculous!

You want to say.
A) This is the 1-st season os this sim, game-engine is not balanced, economical and training model is not balanced. And averyone has to wait a few seasons.
B) All normal, everyone must play this "rushball" at the begingig.

Because, I can see games in others power-cups.
Like this
There there is no effective passing game.

dark_wing: Which do you think is easier to train new players to perform successfully:
Rushing?
Passing?

These are equivalent tasks.
