I have a punter with 43.4 intelligence. He has a 2.5 star rating
for punter-cb,sf, and Lb. He has a 2 star rating at quarterback and i was wondering if i am wasting a great player in the punting position. Also is there a way to post a player id# or something so you guys can see the player i am writing about. Thanks for your post and please tell me where you guys would have this player thanks!!!! |

Yep you can put the player ID by the link just above when your posting... However we can't see his stats without scouting him... Sure it could be a waste to use him as a Punter. Moreover he can play two ositions without penalties... Positional ratings don't tell so much. If he has correct Tackle and Vision skills and Speed/Strength too, he could may be a good MLB...

The Game Engine tends to rate everyone high at CB, and rates most players higher on defense than offense, so it's good to keep that in mind.
If you are talking about Sinclair, the only problem moving him is he's 27 and re-training him will take a bit of time. His INT would cut down on interceptions, but his completion rate won't be as good as you'd like. Having said that, I'd move him somewhere other than Punter, as the game allows any player to play a 2nd position in your Depth Chart without any skill penalties IF the 2nd position is on special teams. So if you move him to QB/OL/LB/etc, he can still punt for you, too. You would have to copy and paste (or type) his info - the only way another manager can see him is to scout him.
