I want to pick up Jacks idea, but in another way. I have the Idea of a Managerpage with skills like the players have. Managers can gain points for different skills from 0-50 Points or 0-5 stars.
The skills: Winning mentaltity: 0,05 for winning a Friendlygame 0,1 for winning a League-/Supercupgame 0,25 for winning a Supercup/Coc game 1 for winning a bowl Experience: Experience increase with every game like for players Offense: Points for total yards Points for TDs Defense: Points for Good/missed tackles ratio Points for fumbles/interceptions/sacks Training: Every skill trained over 20: 0,05 Every skill trained over 30: 0,1 Every skill trained over 40: 0,2 Youthmentor: Every pulled Youth: 0,1 Every promoted Youth: 0,2 Trading: 0,2 sell a player for >1 Mio. 0,4 sell a player for>5 Mio. 0,6 sell a player for>10 Mio. 0,8 sell a player for>20 Mio. 1 sell a player for>50 Mio. 2 sell a player for>100 Mio. 0,1 buy a player for >1 Mio. 0,2 buy a player for>5 Mio. 0,3 buy a player for>10 Mio. 0,4 buy a player for>20 Mio. 0,5 buy a player for>50 Mio. 1 buy a player for>100 Mio. Infrastructure: 0,00025 for every seat up to 100.000 Seats 2 for every facility HR-Manager 0,1 for every successful negotiation 0,2 for every franchise contract 0,5 for every contract over 10 Mio.$ Communication: 0,01 for ever Forum post. This are some examples. I think it should be possible to program something like this. Basically I refuse to award such "trophies" because one guy managed to win a friendly, too.
Much more I would the whole "won a game = x points" thing. Except on KO and Bowl games, it should be about winning streaks IMO |

Shouldn't we think about achievements like
Won Super Bowl with Youngster from own YA Won 10 regular games in a row Perfect Season in league Perfect Supercup division round things like this, each one just listed, like a trophy / award the owner receives? These points mix up together, and therefore they are more or less "worthless". A manager buying players for billions could achieve more points by this than another one winning one trophy after the other. And don't get me wrong, but why should a manager receive awards for most tackles? This should be a players trophy, which I have on my mind already
