Favorite team: Niners. Why? My childhood family didn't watch football so there were no allegiances to any teams. I live 45 minutes from Seattle, but the Seahawks were awful an the Niners were winning. I started watching football at the end of the Montana era. Why would you pick a loser team if you don't have to? lol. I actually had season tickets to the Seahawks for 6 years, but when they moved to the NFC west it made it difficult to root for them when they are in the same division as the Niners. In the old days the Hawks were in the AFC.
Teams I highly dislike: Cowboys because they were the rivals of the niners in the 90's. Packers, same as cowboys. Raiders because they are just the dumbest organization in football. lol. Patriots because a few seasons ago when they were going for the perfect season they were REALLY running up the score on teams. I mean, if you are up by 3+touchdowns and going for it on fourth down in the fourth quarter that just makes you a jackass organization. |

I'm a Niners fan. I was taken to the USA by my folks when I was 7 and was bought a Niners T in SF. I first encountered the NFL during the strike shortened year and figured 'why not' follow the Niners. They stunk, as it happened, but in 1984 went 15-1. . . Hard not to enjoy that. The last decade has been even better than the 80's
 Well, I figure you can't expect it easy every season. Nice to be back on form, albeit we look more like the Steelers these days than the Walsh-era Niners. |

Pro: The Green Bay Packers. I grew up a Packers fan because my Dad grew up a Packers fan and, if the trend continues, my kids will grow up Packers fans too. I was only 3 when they won in '96 so I don't really remember it. I do, though, remember last year.
 This year looks promising too. 
College: PSU. I'm a student here at State and it's pretty much a family tradition to watch (or attend) the Penn State games every Saturday. |

Started watching a bit of NFL when we got sky tv but didnt fully understand it. The following season I bought Madden for the playstation to learn more about it and the Ravens were the team I remembered most from the previous season so I started supporting them. They won the Superbowl that season so I thought I made a good choice
 since then as I learned more about the game I just love how the Ravens play on defence
Also liked the Rams since that was the first NFL jersey I got! For obvious reasons I don't like the Steelers and also don't like the Patriots  |

My team is Green Bay Packers, because of Coleco’s Head-to-Head Football, which I got as a gift in the early 80's, and Jan Stenerud, who was playing there at that time. AF is a small sport in Norway, so whenever I tried to learn something of the sport my game was about, it was about Packers and Stenerud
Dislikes are Lions, coz of divisional rivalry and N'dumbKong SUH, Lions and Cowboys. I just can't hate the Vikings

My favorite team is the steelers, 2nd the cowboys, 3rd the pats.
hate: the Ravens, the giants and the Colts. This is actually the first complete season i follow from start to finish, i had followed the playoffs of 2006. Last edited on 2012-01-15 03:50:44 by secretseeker |

NR1 is Ravens who btw will be champions this year i tell you. Great colors, great logo, great defence.
I also like the Vikings just becourse they are vikings from minnesota and alot of swedes moved there when everyone was going for america in the 1800. I really only hate one team and that is Steelers, oboy was i happy when they lost in the playoffs this year xD |

HOW 'BOUT THEM COWBOYS...!!!
Naturally, I'm a texas guy so goes without saying... Truth is I also liked the Oilers when they were the Oilers... In the late 70's (77-78) if I remember correctly, they held training camps in college towns across the state, and Angelo State was one of those... They were trying to swipe fans I think... But it was a man mountain show to see those dudes strolling the streets... Those were the Earl Campbell days, now that was reason enough to like the Oilers... No likey, Washington (Of course I do likey when they lose) Pittsburgh (6 rings indeed) San Francisco (Catch this...!!!) 
L.A. Rams... Those guys are the reasons Dallas doesn't have 8 rings 70's and 80's I think they bump the boys 4 times (Minnesota might have been one of those)... |

Fav team is Minnesota Viking, because we sweedes are vikings and they mention The Vikings in the first Pokémon movie
