Hi
I don't understand what experience does in a coach - what is the benefit of having a coach with good experience? CP is how good he is, and consistency is how he performs on a day to day basis, but it doesn't say in the new coaches guide what experience does. |

let's say a coach has 75 CP, 2.5 Experience and 2.5 Consistency
the engine is calculating 75 CP * Experiencefactor * Consistencyfactor the result of this math operation is taken into account in the engine/training and so on. More details can be found in the coaches thread in the discussion board |

If I have one coach and come up against a team with all their spots filled but they have a much inferior team, what's the chance that they will beat me?

I can't answer this question, since it depends on tactics and so on too. Based on the assumption you are playing an equal team with equal tactics, the chance of winning is higher for the team, that is using coaches. The coaches will raise the chances by around 4-7 % |
