I already wrote my stuff on trying to be a mentor i got rejected just email me back when I will be eligible to become a mentor because I want to help people out if they need help with this game. The problem is also the way you managed your team so far is probably not the best one. I know there is not only one strategy but I would not recommand yours to any rookie manager. You already have 2M salary before having complete your stadium. Result is money will come slow for you and your development will be super difficult. Also the players you bougth are old. They suck your money out and will retire soon. It does not look like a great investment to me. ABout your roster, you have specialists Gunners and Kick returners when there is no out of position penalty of those positions. It is a waste of money and of experience for your players. Finaly I have doubts on your playbook. Going full Big I pass on your bowl game shows you still have to learn things on this subject. My opinion is before you become a mentor, you actualy could use the help of one. If you want, I can be this guy (or you can ask someone else). Next season in Fire 1.1 will be tough for you (even if this league is not the hardest one). But it is not too late to take good decisions to get back on the rigth direction. |

You also need some more OL, just to fill the required spots, and could do with a couple more FBs - and you don't have a functioning YA. |

Having 4 FBs would be a waste IMO. 3 is the maximum except if you are buiding some for the future or the TM. Fully agree on the OL. |

If you feel you would like to help newbees to enter the game, you could become a mentor. Just write a short introduction of yourself IN YOUR language. Before writing down an introduction for mentorship, I would submit my offer to become a mentor. Since I only started few months ago and I am in my second season only, I'm not sure I have the right profile to become a mentor. I see there are many Italian managers that have more trophies, that are more competitive and therefore more competent than me, but there is no official Italian mentor in the list so far. I think that a focal point in Italian can be useful to new Italian managers that enter this fascinating simulation game and I know it because I've looked for one, but I'm lucky enough to have some understanding of English language. This is the main reason for me to offer my help as a mentor. Going back to my experience here in RZA : I developed a strategy on my own (with some tips and suggestions from my scottish-bronco mentor... guess who is he ? ) that was funny and short-term-profitable at the same time. I cannot know if in the next seasons it will be a winning one or not, but I can see now promising results. Looking back to some decisions, I'd like to change something, but globally speaking I think I did a decent job. I offer a part of my in-game time, my passion and the knowledge of the game I have collected so far. I will follow the philosophy : "In learning you will teach and in teaching you will learn". If you think that I can be of help, I will be glad to enter the mentors crew and post the Italian - English welcome message for my mentor's profile. Last edited on 2016-05-01 15:55:47 by Yashin |

I would like to be a mentor. I believe it is important to make newbies' experience with the game positive and fun.
