Does the league winner pick last, or does the team with the best record after the league is over pick last?

EX: A team 16-2 beats another team 18-0 in the league final. Who picks last in the draft?

AFAIK in NFL the draft order is based on your regular season standings, not on your playoff performance. >Dont know if here we use the same criteria.

I am not sure on this one, but we think the actual way is not the worst - by giving the SB winner the last pick.

Same. That's why I was a bit confused...

Another Q: If I draft an 18 year old player, does he go to my youth academy?

No, in the NFL the playoff performance affects your draft status as well. Example: Last season Seattle made the playoffs with a terrible 7-9 record but still picked among the teams that made the playoffs. The SB winner does pick 32nd, the SB runner up is 31st, and so on.

No, he is on your senior team with a contract that runs to the end of the season.

treu, i just checked that the 12 playoff teams decide their order based in their performance in playoff, my apologies.

What's the tiebreaker if you're eliminated in the same round of the playoffs?
