So I ended up trying out different depth charts and found the one I really like. It isn't the one labeled "Standard." Do I have to go to the standard one and make all the changes or is there a way to set the new depth chart as the standard one?

In the game settings first line you can s e l e c t your DC "Standard".
Then save this game setting with "Standard"

And in another game setting you fill in a DC "Friendly" and save this with "Friendly".

So you are able to load different game settings with different DCs.
