I just shifted all my youth players to RB, because I have a RB AC there.
After that I realized some things: 1) Now I have a lot of RBs I can't use, so why not have a 4th list with the youth players? 2) since i can shift my youth players to which ever position is needed to train the needed skills, why not have a rule to give youth players every training the can get by the combined trainable skills of the ACs? |

But you also have other assistant coaches. And a couple of them have higher CP than your RB coach. So why change them all? Do you want to train them all up to have good carrying skills? But that is not your point, and it is a good point. However, since it seems that the Youth Academy can really benefit from your group of coaches already, I don't know if we need to make it even more beneficial. |

True, I vae more than one Ac, but with this I know for sure I have one there and since they can't play anyway, I can but them where ever I like. This thing is: while doing this I saw a hole in the concept. Since i can move the kids around I can put them where ever I like them because of the AC training. So why not simplyfy it and have them trained ragardless of the position and which ever skill I chose, as long it is suppported by one of my ACs? For the skill: max AC CP of all ACs supporting this skill. EDIT: switched them to safty, since there is my highest AC. Last edited on 2012-01-07 21:07:39 by jack6 |

"I Like" 2) No way! Do some "handling" to get benefit. "No pain, no gain" |

We don't like to encourage you to do such things, why should we make it more comfortable? Valid for 1 and 2 |

So this sounds to me like
Suggestion declined?!? If so well have to live with it Maybe in this case we should have a list in the suggestion board with list of things not to come into the game (never or not in mid-term ~1-2 real year) |

However, it was more a warning/explanation why I don't like it... |

The basic concept (moving all your YA players to one position) seems like a gimmick. Or am I misunderstanding?
I'm of the opinion cross training should come with a penalty of that player never maximizing any ability. I dont want to see Defensive Linemen with the abilities of Mario Williams with the running back abilities of Adrian Peterson. |
