So what degree do these two actually help? How much is morale affect by say a level 20 vs 10 vs 1? Is it worth it?

I think the psycologist is nearly useless. Most teams have 100% even though they lose most of their games. I saw teams with 1-10 and 100 Moral. Introducing a moral limit depending on their league record would be useful.

better than .500 -> 100% Moral
0.500 -> 90% Moral
0.375 - 0.500 ->75% Moral
60% Moral

If you have than a psycologist you can incease the limit with every level. So your limit at Level 20 would be 90% Moral with a worse record.

The League is the major competition for every team and should have the major influence on the moral.

Success could increase the limit by 5% and no success decrease it by 5%.

It makes me wonder why Peter has it if it is useless (for the most part). Peter can you add anything to this?

The Psycho heals the soul (moral) only, while the Phsyio heals the bones. Both is done on a daily base. I would never call them useless
