How many times their original wage do the players find fair for a contract? So if a player's wage is like 2k, should I offer 2x, 3x, 4x that or even more? Or this depends on the contract type (1-2 season/3-4 franchise contract)?
Also if I switched on the HR Department now, would the player consider his current max skill, or the skill he had at the begining of the season (since wages are recalculated only at the end of season)? |

For a 2 years, you can go lower that his projected value... The longest the contract, the more a player will claim...

And what if I have a season 2 draftee with a 4k wage at this point. But I know at next season rollover his wage will go up to 15k.
If I make a contract with him now, would it be cheaper, or during contract negotiations the players know of their real value? |

I think that the player is asking his salary by his highest primary skill at the time the renegotiation is taking place + a random factor depending on his fysicals.
so if he have a skill in 22 it is possible to get a cheaper contract then if this skill would be 23 for example. But this is just what i think. |
