Sorry if this was covered, I browsed the manual and didn't find any info on it. In the case of two teams at the top of a division with the same record, what determines the division winner?

The tiebreaker is the same, per division, per conference, per league

It is points difference, as it was always, as it is in the source code. I will have to check the manual again, and I have no idea why I am writing about scored points over there.
