How risky is it to hire a 60 year old AC? Do we get some kind of notification that this coach wants to retire at the end of the season before hiring?

It is just a matter of luck. We raise the chance year per year so he will retire for sure, but it is possible - if luck is there - to have a 80 years old coach |

If he retires of course. |

TC and Moral penalty could always be dodged by firing the coach, but since he's retiring anyway it wouldn't be worth the 5x wage penalty... |

It does not depend on the fact he is retiring or not, it depends on the fact if you are replacing an existing coach! Replace = penalty Just wait for his retiring, and start hiring a new one then Last edited on 2012-01-17 13:29:50 by Admin |

The Pittsburgh Steelers' defensive coordinator, Dick LeBeau, is only 74. |
