Just curious if I'm right, so here goes.

ACs affecting skills during training by position:

QB: strength, speed, agility, vision, passing
RB: strength, speed, agility, positioning, carrying
FB: strength, speed, agility, positioning, blocking, footwork
TE: strength, speed, agility, positioning, blocking, catching
WR: speed, agility, positioning, vision, catching
OL: strength, positioning, blocking, footwork
DL: strength, speed, vision, tackling
LB: strength, speed, positioning, vision, tackling
CB: strength, speed, vision, tackling
SF: strength, speed, vision, tackling
ST: G same as CB, KR same as RB but vision instead of positioning, K and P are strength, vision, kicking/punting

Could you quote and edit this list Pete if I'm missing something?

This would spoil the fun of guessing the relevant skills per position.

I've got these skills from the draft board, so I'm not really spoiling anything

From my point of view:
ALL: Strength, Speed, Agility, Vision, Footwork

ALL-exept QB: Positioning

ALL-Defense + G: tackling

FB, OL and TE: Blocking

RB + KR: Carrying (No FB!)

TE + WR: Catching

K: Kicking

P: Punting

QB: Passing

That's my approach.

But if you run out of the Shotgun your FB will get the Ball too

12:37 2 and 6 to go on opp 44, Manfred Neumann (OC) snaps the ball to Vinzenz Schuster (QB), who hands off to Thorben Schneider (FB/R), he starts running over the right tackle, the blockers crushed the Defense Line, Thorben Schneider (FB/R) tackled by Álvaro Gil (MLB), forward progress: 5 yards (Shotgun 2 WR vs. 4-3-4)

Interesting approach jack. But I don't think an OL needs speed or agility for example.

The fun thing would be if every AC could teach every skill, but with different factors. Like an OL AC would raise strength with 1.1 factor but a LB AC only with 1.0 etc.

I think, but this is only my opinion, the physicals are all important for all positions, just with different prio.
And I think because of that, every AC can train them.

Yes, I know. And I'm not sure, if my stuf is right or wrong.
BUT the drafties DON'T have high carrying skills.
