Game is already very time costing!
Adding this level what clearly gives more advantage when invest more time could lead to disappoint for old existing and also coming new managers I personnal dont have problem with but dont think is overall good for evolution of the game |

Well completely replacing the whole draft was kind of an exaggeration on my part. Obviously the missing players would be generated randomly. If no such "college" team exists, then nothing changed to the current random players, but the possibility is still there to manage a youth team.
