What is the minimum intelligence level that you guys would want your QB to have ?
Is strength and/or speed important for a QB ??
Thanks.

Intelligence 40+ (the bigger the better)
Strength 35+ (the bigger the longer passes he can make)
Speed isn't really important yet, since they scramble very rarely and very randomly.

I think Speed makes it harder to sack them, also.

Vision should be on the list, too. 20+ minimum

Avoiding sacks is mainly an agility thing imo.

Agree on vision.

Well... I hope You are talking about league 1
My QB is faaar from these 'standards'

I see that I joined RZA just in time...
Enough time to know about some basics, get some low rank to have one of first picks in draft...

Maybe I will have to look for some QB... Or let my QB to train to that level... He has 4 stars in talent after all...

OK, next question ..... how often do you see a 40+ intel player with, for example, 4.5 star talent ???
I got a 4.5 star talent youth pull today, but I don't think he's got 40 intel.

Thanks.

4,5* players are not so common. Combine it with a 40+ intel and about 30+ teamwork (but the higher the better your progress is in training) and you've got yourself a rare player there.

Maybe you should lower your expactations considering talent. 3* or 3,5* players are good enough too. Plus since there are random caps for strength and speed, even a 4,5* 40+ int player could turn out to be "not-QB-material"

I take your point, I actually haven't got any 'expectations' re Talent as I'm still very knew to this game and very much still learning. I'm currently trying to get a feel for what is good/average/below average etc. I know that in a certain other game that I won't name, 5 star talent is rare, I saw a young 5 star talent sell for over $13.5 million there yesterday, and I've never owned a 5 star talent in that game.
