i got lucky with my QB, only 4* and mid 40s int but good enough with uncapped mid 30s speed & stength and young nice I've just been looking through my depth chart, I've got some players with good talent, I've got some intelligent players .... unfortunately, I don't really see the guy with both ! not to worry for now, I'll have to think of a Plan B Look for a smart Kicker or Punter (they usually have some Strength and you can probably get them in the 3rd round), and convert him to QB. |

I think Speed makes it harder to sack them, also. Vision should be on the list, too. 20+ minimum I agree with you. My QB is passing relatively often, he's got Speed 48, and hasn't been sacked a single time all season long.. |

Steve SD Blitz Luttazzi: Rush (#/yard/avg/TD) 13/59/4.5/0 So not very impressive (although a better yards/per rush avg than my team managed in today's loss ). |

It's also possible to convert a drafted LB into a QB. They usually got the strenght, the intelligence, and the vision. So you just have to train them in passing...
That's how I got my 20 year old 5* talent, 47,5 int, 47,3 strenght guy. And if he throws an interception, he's also at 27,4 at tackling |

Steve SD Blitz Unfortunately, he doesn't rush very often, although he has a better average than my 2nd QB, who's got Speed 25. In total, he's got 16-118 (7.4 avg) - 1 TD It would be great if we could run a Cam Newton/Tim Tebow kind of offence.. |

I got a QB with 4.5* star talent, 35.3 intel, and 41.0 teamwork in a youth pull
should i keep him at QB or is he more suited for another position? |

I think he could become a good QB. However, I've noticed that many players in the draft have Intel over 40. I can't tell you exactly how much better your QB would be with more Intel, but maybe see what you get in the draft and convert a high Intel player to QB. I hope that helps..

Yes, it seems like stud QBs will be quite plentiful. In the draft there are a lot of high intelligence players with lots of stars of talent. In terms of the other physical skills - str, speed, agility - - I'm not sure any of them are critical to QB performance.

Steve SD Blitz Admins stated that strenght will help with the deep pass and agility helps avoiding sacks. Since deep pass plays have just one result at this stage (pick six) we'll have to see if it means the passes go even deeper or the deep passing will be more accurate... (Hope and guess it's the second option) |
