I would prefere one Pro Bowl for each region with a voting system. Every manager can vote for his favourite players between the last regular season game and the League bowl. Every team can vote for:
1 QB 2 RB/FB 3 WR 1 TE 5 OL 4 DL 3 LB 4 CB 2 SF 1 K 1 P 55 players (or less) will make the final roster. Every manager can vote only for players on his conference and only for 10 of his own players In the Probowl the teams will play with the default game setting of the league 1 bowl participants. |

Why not just using the players with the best MVP-records during the regular season. Do that per league, not region. This means each league has its own Pro Bowl. We use the standard tactics, and the selected players get a nice trophy for their record

This mean this players get more MVP points, but are they really the best players? What is with a tough defense, which has not so much play time on the field, because they allow only few first downs? These players have not so much chances to collect MVP-points. I think, the MVP-points are not the best criterion. |

And? So a player with more "botpoints" gets the trophy...
I don't see a problem as long we don't connect such a rating with your real life bank account If a manager uses the opportunity for his players to play with no mercy against bots, he did his job, I would guess...and after all it evens itself out somehow, since the smallest possible restriction is the league itself - equal conditions for all members of such a league will make it fair |

Running up a score will be rewarded (sportsmanship), that got nothing to do with American Football in my eyes but thats just my old man opinion.

There is no real reward in this case, that is why I think this argument does not really match here. We are talking about a simple trophy in the players personal trophy-case. But yes, I got your point... |
