Each AC is doing the things a position needs, fitness and playskills.

I know, but IMHO a real Fitness coach to train only the physical skills might be interesting

It wouldn't match into the AC structure. So it would be like the old fitness coach, part of the "staff" - like Physio..


What would he add to the gameplay?

A new research, a new eye on the training. BTW this can cut off the % of fitness training and made this depending only by the quality of your coach.
