The off-season idea is very interesting, and has a logical feel to it.
Also - how about reducing the cost of firing any coach from 5*salary to 2*salary during the offseason. Then you could fix mistakes a bit cheaper, but you have to wait until the EOS. The firing period would run alongside the period when the extra coaches were available on the market. |

I like the offseason = more coaches suggestion.
Also reducing the penalty for the offseason like a good idea, but only for coaches hired during that timeframe imo. |

It´s in the manual so theres no reason for that! Also it´s not fair to that people who already changed their staff, changing it now is an absolut no go. There a already changes during the season and if you wanna chang evrything do a whole season and then bring up an "patch" after you announced it in time so everybody could react properly... |
