Have draft like today, but 24 hours before between each round with the possibility to resort after round 1 and round 2.
Since the last draft discussion ended in a long discussion, and less voting, plz focus on this suggestion, compared to how it's solved today. You got to walk before you run. 
Explanation: If implemented, it won't happen before season 3. Q: What's the point? A: You're in desperate need of a punter. 3 punters could be an overkill, so after round 1 when you got the best punter possible, you move the other punters to the bottom of your wishlist and focus on other players you need. Q: We're from all around the world, it can't be changed A: Not true. 24h between each round, gives everyone the same possibility to resort. Q: I'm on vacation during the draft, with no internet connection. Or I'm not logging in every day. Then what? A: No problem. You sort your list like you do today, and get your players. Q: I don't like this way to solve it. I want a possibility to set up the max amount of each position I want. A: Well, I agree that's an option that should be implemented as well. But that's not what we're voting over now. Do you think my suggestion is better than the current situtation, then vote! Q: Nice suggestion, but I don't want to increase the offseason length A: We don't have to! Season rollover ends Tuesday. 1st league match is Saturday. I admit this a "Left-field" suggestion, but how about......
1)Calculate the Draft order on the end of Regular Season positions 2)Have one weeks grace (whilst Wildcards are played) then have one Round of the Draft per week after that (on a Saturday?) It gives plenty of time for people to check/amend their Plans, and gives us mere mortals who aren't in the Playoffs a replacement action for the League matches we are missing. From my point of view it would really be something to prepare for and look forward to during the close Season, as continually playing Friendlies gets a bit dull after the 3rd or 4th match! |

Also can someone confirm if the draft from season 3 onward will have some kind of position balance? Which positions are needed more compared to others, like the current draft has 5 K and 7 P, but only 1 TE, 2 FB and not a lot of WRs... |

I like the idea. It could be more simple with a draft at 2 days. Round one at one day and round 2 and 3 at another day.
