I just posted a new thread in the monarchs forum and it did cut my headline.
I posted: "Playoff Picture MONARCHS 1.1 - Season 2" and it changed it to "Playoffs" |

OK, I tried it. And I was able to repoduce it/ found the error:
Make a new thread and put in the headline and body. Press PREVIEW and see the headline. It's cut. After that I posted it wothout a review. I tested the direct SEND button and it worked, as you can see in the forum. |

I had the word u p d a t e in a post, when I hit preview it added spaces to the word i.e. u p d a t e. not life-threatening, but thought you should know |
