What do you think about the idea to change the nationaility of the youngters of the academy when they spent X time in your academy (for ex, 2-3 seasons)? This will be optional, not automatic
Example: I sign a player from trinidad & tobago, 16 years old, he spend all the seasons in the academy until he reach 20 years old, and before he leaves the academy, you will able to change his nationality to your country nationality. If he goes to senior team, and you don't change his nationality this won't be avaliable anymore. Last edited on 2012-01-25 08:16:52 by All-Day |

I'm not that fixed on the nationality.
In real live this can happen, yes, but often it does not, because those players then have a better chance to be part of their national team. |

Its a thing of national pride especiall for countries like spain Sure national pride is not a bad thing and can understand but this suggestion is a "Tier 99" nice to have from my point of view because there are important things to change that gives benefit to all and not only a small group |

Well, it is somehow strange to see so many players and especially coaches with a very exotic background. My head coach is an african out of Djibuti...i also have coaches from Botswana, Bahrain, Honduras, and so on. I really donĀ“t have to stress that these countries are heavyweights when it comes to american football
