I think this could be solved by weighting the amount of newcomers, based on the current nationality of the managers. I.e: 106 of 426 managers are atm, so ~25% of generated players/coaches should be American. Maybe with some random Botzwana dude as well. |

Would it help if
I add all managers nationalities to an array, and s e l e c t random a nationality out of that array + the exotic ones? This would result in an array like usa usa usa botswana campodia germany germany germany .... The random pick out of this would result in a high probability of getting USA or Germany back, to use that nationality for the next coach/youngster, bot botswana and campodia would appear too, from time to time. The downside: I can not guarantee for a proper distribution, we might have runs without a single german, since the random selection is....random! |

What is it needed for? I think we don't need this type of changes, foreign junior is foreigner and shouldn't be forced to change his nationality. If someone want to have only co-patriots in the squad, let's train your youth pulls instead of buying juniors on the market.
