Playerscouts at level 1 will unsharpen the result of the skills shown by up to 5 points up or down, a playerscout at level 20 will not unsharpen the result.
So this essentially means that a level 20 scout returns perfect information, right? Steve SD Blitz |

I scouted the entire draft board out. Now I just keep him at level 20 because someone said that it helps get you better players in the youth pull.

I also scout some of the transfer market players (once the price gets interesting I like to see their Talent level).
For a big game I'll scout a player or two, sometimes, if he's a key to my gameplan. |

It doesn't seem to say anything about the quality of your scout affecting anything other than the accuracy of the scout report. Please could somebody definitively state what the level of your scout does and does not affect ?? Thanks in advance for the clarification  |
