I remember Admin saying there was a glitch in that player's agility rating was so much lower than the rest of their numbers and that it would be corrected in the upcoming drafts.

I was scouting two players and they are both CB and both 5*. Their numbers are relatively identical except one has a AGI rating of 25 and the other AGI of 5.0.

Is this a glitch or is that guy a for real 5.0 AGI which would mean I would have to move him to the bottom of the draft board?

Can't remember on Agility... For sure there was one on footwork which should be corrected next draft... I don't think that difference comes from a glitch and not sure that agility is really a high necessity for CB... I would go with catching more than Agi...

Sure that's not the same... But I think Agility is just random for CB as it's not a core value of the position

Agility SHOULD be very important for a cb. Changing directions, cutting, and such are important to keep up with the WR. I would rather have a cb with high agility than catching. Catching will affect an int and those don't happen too often. Beside catching does no good if the cb doesn't have the agility to hang with the wr.

I hear you sfniner08, but I still think that at best it would be just as important as strength, with speed still being the most important. Corners have to make a lot of high-speed tackles and on more than just WRs, so high strength is always an improvement. Agility would be more of a concern for corners than for some other positions, sure, but I wouldn't go so far as to say it's more important than strength or speed.

I didn't say it was more important than speed. I was comparing agility with catching.

Strength is helpful, but not in the top 5 of skills in my opinion. I would rate (not in order) speed, agility, tackling, vision, and positioning over strength.

nobody cares how strong CBs are. I'd even go a step further and say for a CB speed and agility are of equal importance. Being a great defensive back is always technique and footwork. Speed is just so that when you get burnt you can catch the WR.
