I would like to suggest that any player in the YA gets a 1% rise in PC each Training session - unless of course it's a skill being focused on, where the usual parameters should take place.
At the moment at each Training session, every player trains to some degree on a physical skill (Sp,St,Ag) and in my very humble opinion I think it is a bit tough on Player and Coach that after 2, 3+ years in a Training camp focusing at the very least 10% on a physical skill every session, that their PC would not have improved, and could still be as low as in the 20%ish range. Obviously as they have not played a single match in RZA, despite however much Training they have undertaken, going from zero games a week in the YA to a minimum of 3 competitive games a week in the League, I would also like to suggest that their PC should be capped at e.g. 80% in the YA, so that there is an adjustment period while they adjust to the full rigors of playing in RZA |

1% per week is too much imo
but overall a good suggestion and also explanation for it Maybe PC raise combined with level of YA -> better YA, better side effects |

Against it cause i trained my players (if i had the facility on work) in ya at pc too. So if it is changed again there will be a disadvantage for Managers who allready trained there YA Players...

average YPs PC is about 30 so even 1% will still need about 50 training updates to get to 80 so not to fast IMO and you still need to train it to get to 100% though 0.5% increase would be fine to though

10 stars for the suggestion. 30% pc after several years in ya training physicals is kind of strange. If the number has to be tewaked, np.

I like the idea, but feel this should be capped at around 70% PC. You can't reach "Game-fitness" unless you are playing in games.
