I was reading the manual and I just wonder if the bonus of an AC caoch affects the youth players training? do a LB coach train the youth players also?

The ACs have the same effect for youth and seniors at the training.

Yes - but the youth players must be "listed" as LB to get the bonus

And he should not forget to use the training points he gets every training to speed up the process.
Each AC gives 10% additional, see coaches manual.

That's why I suggested to add a fouth tab on the roster section, with all YA-Players in it and they get the best training on every skills the highered Acs can offer.

The shifting at the moment it NOT an exploit.
The kids don't have a fixed position yet, so why shouldn't they train where they (or the managers) want them to train.

Yes, LB coach probably can't help (but I didn't try it yet) in passing training. But IMHO should be better to have equal training for all players in YA in all skills

Why don´t we have a twelveth AC Coach, the YA Coach? And the kids in the YA haven´t the position QB, RB and so on. They have the position trainee.

i like and then when you promote them to the senior team you have to assign him to a position
