I was reading the manual and I just wonder if the bonus of an AC caoch affects the youth players training? do a LB coach train the youth players also?

The ACs have the same effect for youth and seniors at the training.

Yes - but the youth players must be "listed" as LB to get the bonus |

That's why I suggested to add a fouth tab on the roster section, with all YA-Players in it and they get the best training on every skills the highered Acs can offer.
The shifting at the moment it NOT an exploit. The kids don't have a fixed position yet, so why shouldn't they train where they (or the managers) want them to train. |

Yes, LB coach probably can't help (but I didn't try it yet) in passing training. But IMHO should be better to have equal training for all players in YA in all skills

Why don´t we have a twelveth AC Coach, the YA Coach? And the kids in the YA haven´t the position QB, RB and so on. They have the position trainee.
