My proposal is to introduce a salary cap for the wages. Doing this, even stronger teams can have some stars in some roles and can decide what is its strenght point and set it with the PB on the matches. In this way, effect of tactics is strongly increased and circulation on strong players is increased, since they don't fullfill salary cap and must become free lance players.
In my mind these actions can make the game more realistic. The salary cap of each season can be set on a league, based on cumulative wage of the richest team from the previous season or set as a fixed value and same value for all the leagues. |

Good idea eventually, but right now it's impossible, as team levels are so low.

It's bad idea. Some kind of hidden salary cap already exist - possible week income is capped. Introducing other salary cap will mean that everyone will have the same incomes, the same level of players, the same level of coaches after some time. Other thing is what Jonny mentioned - it couldn't have any impact on today situation as all the players have still low salaries.
If someone cannot stay in contact with the best should find what is the reason and try to close this gap. Not by socialistic rules, that's for sure. No decrease the level of the best, but try to increase their own level to this best level. |

IN 2-4 seasons most managers will hit a wall where coaches and player wages will get very high.
So the cap is already there. |
