Obviously I calculated that 122 to 130 range myself, using sfniner08's HC's CP, factored with his EXP and CON, multiplied by his 7 ACs (each by 1,1 rounded to the nearest even number). The formula is right there in the manual.

Youth Training points also depend on level of YA
And bonus points of level of YA also get bonus 1.1 for each AC available |

Then your YA level and the number of ACs in your coaching staff also play a role in your weekly training points. One thing I just noticed now though, is that I calculated with a level 4 YA without knowing sfniner08's true YA level. But I guess I've nailed that one  |
