Where can I find the abilities that the positions need??
for example: a QB needs good passing and vision rating.
and the other Positions???

It is described in worlds in the manual and often discussed on the forum.

Don't have to time to look for it details, but look for the search function and try searching for the skills as key world.
I'm sure some threads will pop up.
