What type of questions should I post to Game administration via PM? Basically we prefer if you post your questions in the forum. This way others could benefit from the answers too. Here is collection of things you should never ask via PM or Email, followed by things we prefer to receive via PM. Please keep this in mind, and don't be surprised if we ignore PMs. Don't ask this via PM, please. I don't like to post my tactics/formations etc to the public! We understand your fears, but still stay away from answering this via PM. It would be quite unfair if we give such hints via PM to single users only. Don't post such questions in the forum please. Things related to payments should never go public. Complaints about other users should never go public. Cheating reports are not allowed to be posted in the public areas.
