I think that penalties for replacing/firing a coach are quite hard when a coach announced that he will retire at the end of the season...

Because if you wait to be without penalties and that you have to wait for the next 51 OL Coach or whatever position) because you have only 51 CP left, you could wait for many weeks before fulfilling again your ACs list.

And if you decide to replace him before the season rollover to be sure to have always an AC, you have to take the penalties...

Well, what does the Union say about that ...
Maybe the penalty should be lowered in that case?

I would suggest, that you can replace a coach, who want to retire, without a penalty after your last regular season game. So you have more time to find a replacement for him.

That's a good one, but it could take more time to find a replacement, if a certain amount of min. or max. CP is needed.

If we change it, then without the exception.

You can hire a new coach without any penalty as long as the old one plans to retire.

It would be nice! (I already changed 2 of my 3 planning to retire and it was pretty costly but I didn't want to have no coaches at the end...)

I'm fine with this. Doesn't happen too often and old coaches are expensive, so the chance of an exploit is minimal.
