I think we are talking only about the financial penalty and not the Moral and TC hit. Right?
So replacing a Coach would influence your player performence during the season. |

You can go, but get no money!" Not realistic, but i can live with it in the world of RZA, Change the coach during the season should effect the players. It need time to lean how the new coach act. This was the original idea with the hits and a part which I wouldn't like to miss, because it would keep a little bit of reality. |

And if you go either way, it doesn't change a thing because you could fire him one hour before having a new coach to avoid penalties... |

Why not "recruding" the new coach during the Season but he will get the job starting the new Season with no penalty in money but half the penalty in moral and TC(cause he didn´t get fired and the player could live with that).

Not so bad to have him waiting the whole season, in that case that won't change bonuses during season... However, I would go without penalties at the end... |

Just in Reallife you will have some Players which have Problems with a new coach (moral) and cause of the new guy there will be some changes in the approach of a game (TC) so i would give some kind of Penalty that´s why i mentioned half the penalty for a retiring caused changing over a firing
