I just read the training part of the coaches manual again and there is a small missleading part:
Skill points = The percentage out of (random 25:40 + Teamwork + AC-CP-Formula)/2 This results in Skill Points between 13 and 75 per week? 
Of couse not, this are the Training points and 100 Training points result in 1 Skill Point. Right?  |

Of couse not, this are the Training points and 100 Training points result in 1 Skill Point. Right?
