After what happend last Season to a unnamed steeler (suspension) i think the Saints would face some hard punishment. Maybe they would loose their first round draft pick, if the nfl stays with their policy of players safty i think they have to suspend Gregg Williams at least for a year.

WOW this is big. Being rewarded for hurting fellow pros is disgusting. Im interested to see just what the NFL do because i think they victimise certain teams if not players on this issue.

Well, regarding the free agents ... if the dough is right, players WILL go to the saints.
Other big story will be that lucky guy of Stanford. And that THIRD guy out of Baylor. |

I read some where, that the Rams asked from the Browns both 1st rounder this year the 1st rounder next year + 2 3rd round picks + possible sweetener (late round picks). Think it was just a roumor, but I think that is a lot to give up to climb just 2 spots. |

This could be your frenchise QB for the next 10 years. 5-6 picks, sound realistic. 2 will be 1st round picks, this is sure. A 3rd first round pick? Could be, but not for sure. The Browns have definitly the best options, but the Redskinns or Dolphins could also try to move up, if they see no other QB. |

Yes, despite it being only 2 spots, I don´t think that RGIII would be worth that, he had only one great season so far. I think if they would give up the two first rounder this year + 2 second rounder + maybe 1 or 2 late round picks thats a fair price. but not 3 first rounder + a lot of additional picks. Don´t forget that you would need some weapons around him too. So giving up too much will hurt the team more than it would get. |

Could an expert for collage football say something about him? Could he be the next M. Vick? Has he some negative off-field issues?
He is very quick, but how is his pocket play? The Browns have not so much targets, but there are a lot of WR free agents avaiable this year. |

As far as the marketing tale goes. Robert is an athlete of your dream.
It's like he's been the best son in law a mother can wish for (as long as you are not a redneck mother ...) From my point of view: climbing 2 steps for a bunch of 1 round pick? Go and shove them in your Rams-Butt! They have a good enough QB, they need to improve the other stuff around him. If the Rams don't get their #2 pick shipped, what will they do? Take RGIII? No. The will take JB from Oklahoma State. Then are coming the Vikings. They take? Kalil as OT or RGIII. So the Browns would get Kalil to protect Colt McCoy or the get RBIII. No that bad. If any other team comes into the mix? Great, then JB is left! Last edited on 2012-03-04 09:22:48 by jack6 |
