Play with more passing style vs equal team and win is impossible in this sim.

Again: this is totally wrong, and it was proven several times

For sure, passing game is harder to handle well but can help you win tight games... Having an "only pass" game may not be effective right now, however a balanced game could be the solution against strong DLs for example

You could check my team, and there are some more switching to pass at the moment.

You could say "rush is more save", but "pass will lose" is wrong. Rushing is the better option for teams with "bad" training progress, or even newbees - for sure. But this is the same in real life too. Once the players become better, passing starts working. Of course there is not a single team out there which could play deep pass all game long, but we don't have nearly full developed teams here due the game is too young.

This "pass is not possible" was just too much of black & white

It is simple football misunderstanding.

Pass is possible. But win the game vs eual team with passing yards > rushing yards - is impossible.

You need to stop thinking of your team as an NFL or College level team. Hell, our teams aren't even High School level. We are all in the Pee Wee level right now. Pee Wee teams win by running the ball because their players aren't talented or disciplined enough to throw the ball.
