Right, but there is still a set amount of coaching points. I do like where the manager rank system is going I just want to see it expand to provide more late game content for the folks that have played this game longer than others. As you probably know, Manager ranks were added to help new managers avoid some of the economic pitfalls (like hiring a coaching staff they can't afford). Top Managers have access to use every feature in RZA, so they can do anything they want....even really foolish things like $40m+ bids on players. (I sensibly stop at about $30M ) Admin tends to always disapprove any suggestions that give a competitive edge to one group and not to everyone. PS: that cap on coaching points is intended to give us some frustration as we try to juggle priorities. None of us (well, not me, anyway!) know what the best coaching staff plan is. There is a lot of experimentation going on. I like it (when I'm not frustrated) as it forces every team to have weak areas that might be exploitable. For example, my receiving corps is going to develop verrrry sloooowly. Last edited on 2012-03-08 04:15:17 by Lee1950 |

I get what you're saying but it would be a reward system so it would be performance based. Like getting a bonus every time you go up a manager rank would be sweet. Nothing game breaking but a lil something would be cool.

Even bloody noobs have access to everything - they just get a warning they should not do, but they can if they do not want to listen To Aunshova suggestion: You want more CP than current 550? But this would turn around the idea behind totally |

Right now I am fine, but in a few seasons I could end up struggling because of my coaching choices.... |
