So to install :

if you go to your stadium page and enter a number in the empty space and then click on the page it will tell you the cost. just make sure that you dont double click or it might go ahead and start your build.
i am not sure how long it takes to complete construction |

if you go to the manual and then scroll down to the stadium entry, it will give you the cost per seat, and for each type. the basic are the cheapest
