How about MLB if his SPD caps at 43-44?

Just finished building out my stadium and so I filled out my team with a bunch of younger guys with decent physicals and low skill mostly by putting out tons of 5k and 10k bids. Not sure what to do with some of them now.
How about this guy? STR: 45.2 (red) SPE: 42.3 (red) AGI: 14.2 INT 48.2 TW: 35 EXP 2.5 Pos 18, Vis 12, Tac 15, Car 16, Cat 16, Pas 10 |

Making him a MLB depends on whether you are blitzing a lot, he is certainly too slow to do that, but otherwise he would need his SPD mainly to cover TEs and those guys do usually suck anyways (in RZA), so he could definitely make for a nice MLB. Some other positions I would suggest are FB, TE (lol) or K/P (it's always nice to have high STR and INT at those two positions). |

What's his blocking? If his blocking is 16 or above I would build his Catching and blocking and build him into a TE or Carrying and Blocking for a FB. If his blocking is high enough I would build blocking and make him an OL.
