He could be a decent RB or WR then. If his XP is at least 3*, he can be a durable starter. If under he may be a durable back-up. I would sell him only if you need the money badly.

Just bought this guy and I'm not 100 percent on what I want to do with him. His speed makes me second guess LB, but his int is so high, wasn't sure it would go to waste at DL. Teamwork isn't super great, but still considered OL.

What would you guys do? Thanks in advance.

If SPE 42 is already red capped in my team he cannot be a QB despite his TAL=5* or a LB.
I would give him for sure a OL/DL place depend on my needs despite I will use only 50% of his TAL.
In order to know how much he will be good in this kind of positions I would have to wait to know his AGI cap.
However I do not rise his AGI till the cap before developing his skills because the player would become expensive too early, I usually gamble and train his AGI step by step as his primary skills.

I'm no expert on the subject, so when the next GM walks in and says exactly what to do, you can disregard my musings, which are:

1. The second guy should not get any YA points until you know his physicals, since you don't know if he is bad, good, or great yet. Be a shame to put any points into him, just to fire him later.

2. You have 8 16 year olds and 7 17 year olds (I REALLY like that you're building a young, homegrown army), and you can only "graduate" 6 players to your senior league per season. So you will either be firing, selling, or graduating players a season early to stay at the six maximum. All 3 of those circumstances for any of your players is reason to not spend points on them. Points are too valuable to waste. Do you know what you will do with these excess players yet, and who they are? You don't have to tell me of course, just something for you to think about.

3. You have one 18 year old and one 20 year old. Usually, I spend points on older players as they get closer to graduating to the senior league. Are you planning to keep either of them? 20 year old Drew Baca does not have much in the way of physicals if he is already redcapped, tbh. But neither does Jan Pazos. Maybe they aren't redcapped. Once they are, I'd put points into them, or any older player you pick up along the way that is a surefire starter on your team.

4. Otherwise, the first player you posted should get the points. But keep this in mind: they are only 16. They are going to have FOUR more seasons to incubate in the youth academy. Given no extra points, they may very well be filled to the brim with skills anyway. Pick one skill per season (positioning, vision, tackling, catching) and each one will be solid by their respective season's end. No need to waste points on such a youngin' in my opinion.

Good luck! Have fun with your growing army!!

Personally, I think his INT is too low.

If I were you, I would make him a LB.
