I'd sell him, and advertise the 46 Speed.

I'm not overly fond of TW or INT under 30 or even under 35.

Please let me know what you would do with this cheeky chap ......

Age=21
Intell=31,
Teamwork=50,
Strength=32 ... will cap at 37
Speed=37 uncapped
non-physical skills all at a fairly low level

Wait for yellow mark on speed and then decide: if he caps on 45+ then WR or CB, if not - RB or SF

I would probably try to make him safty or a OLB.
But he will be only a backup for live, probably, since any drafty would jump him in the depth chart for the next 4-6 seasons.

Player 3 - Age=17, Str=37(will cap at 42), Sp=36(will cap at 41), Int=36, Twork=43

For me: the 19yos are fillers, not starters. I'd focus on the 17yo

Player 1: lowish TW/Int, and he's already 19. Advertise his uncapped Speed and sell him, or continue training Spd/Str until you find his caps. I don't want him on defense with 27Int, so that leaves RB, FB, TE, WR.

Player 2: Int/TW are okay. Still 19yo, though, so maybe not enough time to find his Caps. Smart enough to play defense, imo.

Player 3: Even with his caps, I like him. He'll train well, can play anywhere except QB, OL (too fast to waste there), and MLB. He has potential to be a nice starter at any other position.

I just bought a player and considering my weak O and D line I'm trying to figure out where he could be of more help.

Strength: 49,5 (yellow)
Speed: 33,9 (yellow)
Agility: 12,3
Footwork: 20,1

Int: 28,6
TW: 31,5
Age: 25

His positioning, vision, tackling and blocking are all around 10, so I'll start training according to whichever position I decide to put him in.

My avarage OLine strength is 39, but the players above 40 are over 30 years old so the number is even worse than that considering those soon to be retiring players.

Avarage DLine strength is somewhat better with 40, but retirement is a huge issue there, with half of the players being over 30 years old, but the younger guys have better strength so the avarage would go up after the old guys retire.

Any advice?

I'm guessing he's best suited for OT in the OLine?

It depends upon the skills/attributes of your other O_liners.
However, once that guy has his Blocking to 20+ , combine that with his 49 strength, the speed is above average (for O_line) , and I've seen much dumber players too ....... I think he could play anywhere on the O-Line .... but you're right, OT does look like a good fit.
