Just have the option to tick up to 29 players (with a L20 scout) to scout them in one go for the normal price of scouting 29 players.
It is really tedious having to do them one by one. Having tedious things to do in an online game = less people will play it |

Another option - "Scout all ... Position list drop down ..."
