Good Luck to one and all. We should send this into our national newspaper here in scotland, we could meet in the final

Got a brand new playbook for power mode play...it has caused lots of .... teething problems....like punting whenever you get possession of the ball. So there shouldnt be any more of that i must say ..i mean

Anyone fancy helping in collecting stats for this tournament? or will they be already set up?

Geographically so close as for everything else........ there's good reason I'm pretty remote

At least you have a Punter..... my sole Punter/Kicker is about to walk away to Free Agency, because there is NO way he deserves the money he is asking for - been watching way too much Premier League footy in the players lounge. Good riddance too - he's as useful as te proverbial chocolate fireguard!

Happy to help gather Stats - it's not something I've actually set-up ...... sorry!

Dear all,

It would great if as many of you as possible could PM me if you have time with your 1 - 8 favourites for the Cup, and I'll assimilate them into an overall ranking prior to the opening match.

P.S. just a reminder to all of those in my qualifying group, to please make sure you send me your Gameplans for vetting prior to our match

The stats wont be too in depth because im a computer noob so dont expect big made tables and what not,

I was thinking gathering QB performances WR performances and rushing stats.

We could look at Defense too with sacks, interceptions and the like.

Week 1 Predictions:

Hebridean Academicals @ Green Bay Packers
Tough one to call here. Both Managers have been in the game for about the same amount of time, and both finished second in their Division. So for the simple reason that in theory that the Accies have a better Head Coach - I’ll stick my neck out and say that the islanders should probably be the slight (and only slight) favourites.
Accies by 3

Fenton City Bulldogs @ Cameroon Turtles
The Bulldogs have done well reaching their Conference Championship – methinks they have a mean Gameplan (not looking forward to our meeting!), but the Turtles have also done the same and are one of the RZA big hitters, so I’m going to stick with them
Turtles by 9

Gaia Gators @ Budapest Wolves
The Gators Franchise is less than a month old, but the future looks bright – they already have a 5 game v human winning streak and a clearly sensible approach to financial matters. But the Wolves went 15-1 in their Top-flight League and are still going.
Wolves by 11

Oban Bay Broncos @ Mokum Bashers
The Broncos are two games away from a perfect Season, and the Bashers a very creditable second in their Division and a nice Playoff run. These Teams are destined to regularly meet in the future – both being Claymores – but the form book indicates my near neighbours will draw first blood

Looking forward to it

BTW:

Haven't you put the wrong QB up for sale on the Transfer Market?? Surely you should be trying to get rid of Hoyt McDermott - his Stats are pretty shabby.....

With the season form book thrown out of the window, we really are in an anything can happen competition!

So hear goes

Week 1 Predictions:

Hebridean Academicals @ Green Bay Packers
i think the accies will win this by a small margin
hebridean Accies by 3

Fenton City Bulldogs @ Cameroon Turtles
Our Turtles have been firing on all cylinders this year and i dont see this competition being any different. Turtles by 10

Gaia Gators @ Budapest Wolves
Gators are still finding their feet in the word of RZA, and this is the perfect place to find them. Upset of the round here
Gators by 3

Oban Bay Broncos @ Mokum Bashers
this one hangs in the balance. If the broncos newly designed playbook works, it should be a victory, Though i certainly do not rule out a Bashers win.
Broncos by 3
