Found and fixed in development environment.
Fix will go live as soon as Pete has some time to copy some files 
By the way, this bug just occurs with fixed header enabled. |

Well Internet Explorer is in some (some people would say many
) situations very 'special' even though from my understand IE behaves correctly in this specific question and the other browsers are doing wrong.
However, with that 'fix' it should work for all browsers |
